The Hatch Inn is a family run traditional public house offering home-cooked food sourced from local suppliers open log fires a selection of real ales and bed & breakfast accommodation. We have been awarded a 3 Diamond rating from the AA for our bed & breakfast accommodation and pride ourselves on making our guests feel relaxed & welcome.
Liz and Martyn took over The Hatch Inn on the 29th October 2010. We want to provide a family atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. When our guest arrive we want them to leave their troubles at the door and enjoy the slow and easy life that is Somerset. We are conveniently situated between Junction 25 of the M5 and the A303 being only 3 1/2 miles from both. Hatch Beauchamp is located just off the A358 between Taunton and Ilminster. The village is surrounded by green fields and traditional cider orchards. The Hatch Inn specialises in Home Cooked Food Real Ales Comfortable Accommodation and a Friendly Atmosphere. Visitor attractions in the area include Cheddar Caves and Gorge Wookey Hole Caves Longleat Safari Park Bristol Zoo The Somerset Distillery Haynes Motor Museum and the Fleet Air Arm Museum to name but a few. Taunton is a thriving forward-looking town where modern life sits alongside relics of its dramatic past dating back to Saxon times. The town is the retail capital of the county with all the top names in shopping eating and drinking as well as a wonderful mix of specialist and independent retailers. For evening entertainment the Brewhouse Theatre offers something for all tastes. Awarded a 3 Diamond rating from the AA for our Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We offer comfortable spacious single twin or double en-suite rooms. All our rooms contain tea and coffee making facilities colour television and trouser press. After a good night's sleep follows a traditional English breakfast taken in our restaurant area we also offer a selection of cereals juices and preserves and a full breakfast menu if you dont fancy the full English.
